STORE POLICIES

Right of Withdrawal (only in Colombia)

In accordance with the right of withdrawal established by Law 1480 of 2011, Article 47, the maximum term to exercise this right is 5 business days from the moment the customer receives the product.

​

The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with all its original packaging.

​

If all the mentioned conditions are met, Sodas FLORA will refund the total amount paid (excluding shipping costs), without deductions or withholdings, and the term for the refund of the money shall not exceed 30 calendar days. The transportation costs incurred in returning the product will be borne by the customer.

Shipping policies
​

Orders will be processed and shipped the next business day after the purchase has been made.

​

For deliveries in Bogotá, the delivery time will be 2-3 business days from the purchase.

​

Shipments to other cities will be delivered within 3-5 business days of the purchase.

​

If special instructions are necessary to receive the goods, please let us know, so we can offer you the best possible service.

Merchandise warranty

Merchandise damaged during shipping:

If the merchandise arrives damaged/broken, please contact us and send us photos/videos, and we will send you the corresponding products as a replacement.

Lost Merchandise

If your order did not arrive, please contact us. You can write to us at the email: info@sodasflora.com, and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
